ABOUT ME

I am Lasanthi Benedict, a devoted wife, mom and a baby, children's and family photographer serving Southern California. I love to read, cook, walk, be outside and have fun. Most people would describe me as passionate, warm, gentle and patient. 

It took a long time for me to find my true passion, which is portrait photography. I truly enjoy being able to capture and freeze precious, fleeting moments in your life. I do not rush and I take as much time as needed to get good photographs without stressing you or your children out. Your  comfort and safety is my utmost priority.

In July of 2022, I was fortunate to open Lasanthi Benedict Photography Studio in Orange, Ca at: 
La Linda Plaza 
1940 West Orangewood
Orange, CA 92868

In addition to being able to photograph in studio, I am also able to utilize multiple, beautiful backdrops around the courtyard, just a few steps outside of the studio. 
                       
I look forward to photographing your precious children / family. I only do a limited number of photoshoots a week and I do fill up fast. Please contact me asap to book your session.
